Gayle Guest-Brown is CEO and Executive Leadership Coach, Trainer and Speaker of Guest Brown impact. She holds an MBA, a project management credential (PMP) and many years’ experience at global Fortune 100 businesses successfully motivating people and maximizing project potential. With 30+ years of success serving the leadership needs of corporate, tech, non-profit and faith-based organizations, Gayle is well positioned to assist other leaders. She’s also been an entrepreneur serving as Executive Director and Operations Manager of KidzArt of Placer. Currently, Gayle serves the field as a one-on- one leadership coach and confidential ally for women in executive and leadership roles who feel isolated and unsupported in their positions.

As a survivor of domestic violence and sexual assault herself, Gayle joined the struggle to end violence against women in 2002. Gayle is a foremost expert on domestic violence and working with the faith community. She has spoken at regional and statewide DV conferences. Her service includes fifteen years of domestic violence intervention and prevention work. She worked professionally as the Executive Director of Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault (DVSAC) and in service as an advocate, educator, speaker and founder of From Bruised and Battered to Blessed Ministries.  As the architect of her church’s response to domestic violence Gayle knows first-hand the nuances and shared values sexual assault agencies need to negotiate in collaborating with the faith leaders and communities. In 2012, Gayle was among the honorees receiving Sac Cultural Hub’s 2012 Exceptional Woman of Color award (EWOC) for her service to the community.
