The Case Manager will be responsible for administration, coordination and implementation of the Domestic Violence /Elder Abuse Program, and awareness prevention program including outreach to promote learning, facilitate community awareness building around gender-based violence. As a Case Manager specializing in serving the South Asian community, this position will be responsible for providing comprehensive case management services to clients, ensuring they have access to the support and resources needed to address their social, economic, and health-related needs. You will work closely with clients to assess their needs, develop individualized service plans, and connect them with appropriate resources and services.
