Services Provided

• 24-Hour Hotline: Trained staff and volunteers offer immediate crisis counseling and support to victims of domestic abuse. Hotline services are available in both English and Spanish.

• Emergency Shelter: We offer short-term shelter and assistance locating long-term shelter for victims fleeing from intimate partner violence.

• Counseling: Individual counseling services are available to residents of the emergency shelter.

• Education: Angel Step Inn offer domestic violence and parenting education groups to shelter residents. Our staff offers education to community organization to increase awareness about our shelter program and concurring domestic violence.

• Case Management: Angel Step Inn staff assists survivors with filing restraining orders, applying for financial assistance and WIC, and referrals to second step services for residents that remain or the 30-days, and other services as needed.
