Mission
Southern California Alcohol and Drug Programs, Inc. (SCADP) was
established in 1972 in a grassroots effort by community members
seeking alternatives to prison for individuals with substance use
disorder (SUD). We are a 501 © (3) non-profit organization
providing residential treatment beds and outpatient counseling to
over 1,500 individuals annually throughout Los Angeles and Orange
Counties. Offering services with a continuum of care to
underserved and disadvantaged populations. SCADP also recognizes
court-ordered probation, parole, and Department of Children and
Family Service programs, to include but not limited to:
court-ordered DUI, court-ordered SUD, PC1000, AB109, CalWORKs,
STOP etc. Childcare can be provided FREE for children ages 0-14,
when you are in treatment at one of our facilities.
