2022-23 Annual Report
Looking ahead, we’re facing crucial funding impacts. Impending federal cuts beginning next year to the Victims of Crime Act (VOCA) would lead to major staffing reductions and seriously impair the work of supporting people in crisis after experiencing domestic violence. VOCA losses will especially have a more damaging impact on smaller, culturally specific organizations supporting Black, Indigenous & Native, Immigrant and Refugee, and Survivors of Color.
