Headshot of Jennifer Hartejenniferh@cpedv.org | Jennifer Willover has worked in the intersection of victim services and homeless services for the past 7 years through advocacy work, program management, and collaborative efforts. She received her Masters in Public Administration from Sonoma State University with a concentration on Nonprofit Management. Prior to that she received her Bachelors Degree in Global Studies with a concentration on International Healthy Policy. During her undergraduate degree she began her work in victim advocacy when she co-founded CSU Monterey Bay’s Sexual Assault Awareness Committee, working closely with the campus Title IX office. Prior to beginning work at the Partnership, she was the Homeless Outreach Coordinator for the Sonoma County District Attorney Victim Services program which provided support to homeless victims of crime. In addition, Jennifer has worked for local nonprofits to advance local housing assistance for survivors of domestic violence through system change, education, and program implementation of a survivor specific rental assistance program. Aside from her passion for public administration Jennifer enjoys hiking, paddle boarding, and spending time with her partner and dog.
