Partnership Election Voting Instructions
A. Designated Voters
• Each organizational Member must identify one
(1) individual authorized to vote on behalf of the
organization.
• Individual Members may each cast their own
vote.
• Any individual who is authorized to vote in
more than one level may vote in their capacity in each of the
levels.
• Update
your designated voter or give consent to vote
electronically
B. Paper Ballots
• Paper ballots are mailed to any designated
voter who has not given consent for electronic voting.
• Paper ballots may be returned by email to
nataliem@cpedv.org or by
mail to:

• Completed ballots must be received by the
close of the election to be counted.
C. Consent to Use of Electronic
Transmissions
• Consent forms are disseminated to designated
voters where known.
• If you have submitted a Consent Form, the
Partnership is permitted to send voting information
electronically, and you can vote via our secure, online election
portal.
• If you have not returned Consent Form,
election communications must be sent via postal mail.
D. Electronic Voting
• Our secure online election portal is located
at https://secure.electionbuddy.com/ballot
• If you do not receive the email please check
your spam filters, or email nataliem@cpedv.org for assistance
• Only those designated voters from whom we
have received signed consent forms may access this portal.
• Designated voters may cast their votes any
time up until polls close.
• All electronic votes are anonymous and votes
can not be changed once they are cast. Staff can only determine
whether or not a user has voted, but not whom they voted for.
E. Quorum Requirements
• One-third of the Primary Purpose Domestic
Violence (Level I) Members eligible to vote at any given meeting
of the Membership shall constitute a quorum.
