Special guest Attorney Jill Davies, the deputy director of Greater Hartford Legal Aid, Inc. (GHLA) and author of the resource tool Advocacy Beyond Leaving will discuss advocacy and safety planning strategies with survivors who maintain contact with their partners. Using this tool, Jill Davies will offer advocates trauma-informed strategies to utilize when working with survivors who maintain contact with their partners.
