Violence Prevention in the Military
March 23, 2023
Time: 10:30 AM – 12:00 PM

The military has its own culture, and a myriad of subcultures. There are also a lot of preconceived notions about those in or connected to the military. Here is a vulnerable population that should be included more in prevention, but how many of us are doing this work? Join us to hear a few different perspectives on interacting with military, veterans, and their families with the goal of violence prevention.
Guest Speakers:
- Dominique Waltower (he/him), Inspire Perspective
- Jonathan Deras (he/el), Center for Domestic Peace
