Our Executive Director, Kathy Moore, will be leaving the Partnership at the end of March. “Reflecting on my tenure with the Partnership, I leave with deep feelings of love, joy and gratitude at all we have accomplished together. Ours’ has not been an easy journey – steering our coalition through adversity toward becoming a force for collective power and justice has been a challenge – one that has profoundly altered my life. I am deeply appreciative for all you have taught me, and so humbled by care you have shown me over the years.” Our heartfelt gratitude to Kathy for her amazing leadership and contributions to our coalition.

Miranda Stiers, Capacity Building Program Specialist, prepared and led an amazing training for preventionists at Building Change Together. This three-day skill-building event was based on the Partnership’s Prevention Core Competencies Curriculum, and reviewed the implementation of domestic violence, sexual violence and teen dating violence prevention initiatives. Returning participants took the next steps with in-depth exploration of bystander intervention, LGBITQ+ inclusive prevention strategies, youth leadership, and engaging boys and men.
